All domestic orders are delivered free of charge using a registered courier service.
International orders through our website use dynamic shipping rates at your option. Other international orders will use reputable courier services offering the best rate to your location.
If you have a preferred shipping method (Speedpost EMS, FedEx, UPS etc.), please contact us at contact@destisaint.com before placing your order to request a shipping quotation.
We are happy to exchange your full-priced products only, subject to stock availability. All exchanges must be in original, brand new condition – Please email us at contact@destisaint.com to notify us of the exchange before mailing it out. Upon confirmation, please return the handbag(s) via registered post only. All postage fees incurred will be borne by the customer.
You can use them by entering them at the checkout. Please note that promotion codes are only applicable to full-priced products and cannot be used on sale items.
We can change or cancel your order for non-sale items - subject to stock availability.
However, once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to process any changes. So please email us as soon as possible if you wish to change your order.
